ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr.No.1003 of 2011 on the file of the Inspector of Police, B-1, Sivakanchi Police Station, Kancheepuram and quash the FIR filed by the respondent.

2. Today, Mr.P.Manoharan, Special Sub Inspector of Police, B-1, Sivakanchi Police Station, is present before this Court.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.1003 of 2011 has been completed; Final Report has been filed in PRC No.14 of 2001 and the case was committed to the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram in S.C.No.8 of 2012.
