ORDER

The wife has come before this Court seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.2945 of 2014 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai to any other Family Court in Chennai. 2.

The petitioner filed the above H.M.O.P. for divorce. Considering the young age of both the parties, this Court directed the parties to present before this Court. When the matter is called today, both the parties are present. Petitioner's parents are present. Respondent's parents are also present along with respective counsels.

Both the parties have categorically stated that it is impossible for them to reunite and hence they seek divorce by consent. A memo of compromise signed by them and counter signed by their respective counsels has been filed. In view of the above development, no useful purpose would be served by keeping H.M.O.P.No.2945 of 2014 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai.

Therefore, H.M.O.P.No.2945 of 2014 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai is suo motu is withdrawn by exercising the power under Article 227 of the Constitution of India and this Court grants divorce dissolving the marriage dated 27.11.2011 solemnised between the petitioner and the respondent by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

mutual consent under Section 13(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act. It is made clear that both the parties are not pressing any allegation against each other.

The above transfer petition is disposed of by granting divorce in H.M.O.P.No.2945 of 2014 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai by mutual consent. The memo of compromise shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently the connected M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
