(CRIME NO.31 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition passed in the Bail order dated 20.04.2022 in Crl.OP.No.8983/2022 that the Petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer, twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for until further orders and render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PANDIYARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.8983 of 2022 dated 20.04.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer, twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
