2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 22.09.2015 by post to the respondent police. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the Respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
