CMP.Nos.13396, 13402, 13384, 13388 & 13379 of 2019 in SA.Nos.1591 to 1595 of 1999 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to declare the petitioner as major and discharge his guardianship in these Second Appeals.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was born on 12.05.1979.

3.Heard both sides. There is no objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondents.

4.Upon hearing the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, all these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed as prayed for.

5.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of these Second Appeals.
