(CRIME NO.6/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Condition to appear before the Respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP.No.10237 of 2022 in Crime no.6 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Mamallapuram, Chengalpattu.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.S.MURALIDHARA RAO, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.10237 of 2022 on 29.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
