This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to issue Patta in favour of the petitioner's name in respect of Land comprised in Survey No.147/1A1, 147/1A2B to an extent of 0.11.5 and 0.05.5 hectares https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respectively in Pallikaranai Village, Tambaram Taluk, now at Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have already issued a Patta in favour of the petitioner and the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Heard both sides.

4. In the light of the above facts, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
