O R D E R

The husband has come before this Court seeking transfer of H.M.O.P. No. 11 of 2012, filed by him for divorce, before Sub Court, Sankari, Salem as well as H.M.O.P. No. 41 of 2012 filed by the respondent/wife for restitution of conjugal rights before Sub Court, Sankari, Salem to Sub Court, Namakkal in the respective transfer C.M.Ps.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

Taking into consideration that the distance between Namakkal and Sankari is only 35 kms, it may not be appropriate to order transfer of the above said H.M.O.Ps, as sought by the petitioner. However, interest of justice will be served by directing the learned Sub Judge, Sankari, Salem, to dispose of H.M.O.P. Nos. 11 of 2012 and 41 of 2012, at the earliest, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The transfer C.M.Ps are dismissed with the above direction. No costs.
