ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 3 and 4 not to permit opening of TASMAC Shop bearing No.1736 in the locality of Ka.Sa.No. 276/2A, 2B, at Mopperipalayam Municipality, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District.
2. Learned counsel for respondents 2 to 4 submits that there is no proposal as on today to open the TASMAC shop in the aforesaid survey number.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
