Respondent/Respondent SUB.APPLICATION No.219 IN CONT.P.D.NO. 43883/2019 Sub Application filed Under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying this Court be pleased to accept the present Cause Title in which the required change has been made and the present incumbent in the post of Tahsildar, Poonamallee is shown as the Respondent.

The above Sub Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of Mr.R.Natarajan, Advocate, appearing for the Petitioner herein; and M/s. M. Venkateswaran, learned Government Counsel appearing for the Respondent herein; and upon reading the Application and the affidavit of Mrs. S.Ranganayaki , filed herein; the Court made the following order: "Heard Mr.R.Natarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Venkateswaran, learned Government Counsel accepting notice on behalf of the respondent 2.It is submitted by the learned Government Counsel that he has received WhatsApp message from the respondent-contemnor that the respondent would require one month time to comply with the directions issued in the writ petition. Since this sub application is only for accepting the cause title, the same is ordered.

3.Registry is directed to number the contempt petition. 4.Let an affidavit be filed by the respondent in the contempt petition, as to within what time, the order will be complied with. This affidavit should be presented to the Court when the contempt petition is listed for admission.

5.Print the name of Mr.M.Venkateswaran, learned Government Counsel in the cause list."
