2. Heard Mrs.K.Jenitha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the counter party, the case has been registered in Cr.No.1856 of 2020, for which, the petitioner is arraigned as A2.
