2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents / defendants has no objection for allowing this application.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the application is allowed.

5. The applicants / plaintiffs shall carry out necessary amendment in the plaint.

6. The respondents / defendants are directed to file additional written statement, if any, on or before 06.06.2024 in the Registry. List the matter on 07.06.2024.
