CRIME NO. 6 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in crl mp. 4597 of 2021 in crl op no. 2487 of 2021 dated 17.04.2021 by this Honble court and pass such other or further order as this Honble Court may deem fit Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S N.PONRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4 of the order dated 17.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4597of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.2487 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 17.04.2021, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

5. Considering the facts the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4597 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.2487 of 2021. this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
