(CRIME NO.15 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Condition to report before the Investigation officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court on the Petitioner in Cr.OP.No.10614 of 2022 dated 06.05.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ANABALAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.10614 of 2022 on 06.05.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
