(CRIME NO.40 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.8025/2022 dated 06.04.2022 on condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crime No.40/2022 on the file of the respondent police station and thus render justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.8025 of 2022 on 06.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned trial Court on all hearing date without fail.
