Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in their notice of demolition dated 18.05.2009 vide letter No.01/09 relating to the petitioner's residential building at No.77B, Arcot Road, Saligramam, Chennai 600 093 and quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from in anyway interfering with the petitioner's building particularly by way of demolition of any portion or portions thereof.
