Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 12.04.2024 in the light of the order passed in W.P.MD.No.12270 of 2017 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
