ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.G.Peranban, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.Arun Babu, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2; and, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent No.3.

2. Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that the Corporation would conduct a survey and, if any illegal encroachment is found or if it is found that illegal activities are being carried on, then action in accordance with law would be undertaken expeditiously.
