Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 08.05.2015 for sub-division the property and issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of Survey No.3/5 in Plot No.49,51,50 of Athanavoor Village, Yellagiri Hills, Jolarpet, Vellore District. ORDER

Alleging that the petitioner made a representation to the second respondent on 08.05.2015 seeking Sub-division of property in S.No.3/5 in Plot Nos.49,51,50 of Athanavoor Village, Yellagiri Hills, Jolarpet, Vellore District. As no order has been passed on the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 08.05.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish the copy of the representation dated 08.05.2015 along with this order within a period of two weeks. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
