O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The petitioner seeks to implead himself as the 7th respondent in W.A.No.893 of 2025.

2.

Admittedly, the petitioner was not a party to the writ petition in W.P.No.6547 of 2024. It is, however, pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been favoured with a similar order in W.P.No.8369 of 2024 and the said order is not under challenge. 3.

If the petitioner has been favoured with an order and that the order is not under challenge, we do not know as to why the petitioner should seek impleading in the other appeal. It is open to the petitioner to seek implementation of the order that has been passed in his favour in W.P.No.8369 of 2024.

4.

Hence, we see no merits in the petition and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is accordingly dismissed. (R.SUBRAMANIAN J.) (G.ARUL MURUGAN J.) 15.04.2025 sri Page No.: 3 of 4
