O R D E R

This petition has been filed for direction directing the 2nd respondent to register the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.02.2020.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint received from the petitioner, he was issued CSR No.64 of 2020. At the same time, the counter party also lodged complaint and he was issued CSR No.63 of 2020. Both the complaints were enquired and both were closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
