Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 3rd respondent vide Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1985/2017/Y 1 dated 06.04.2017 and quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent to appoint the petitioner in the post of Sweeper in the schools/colleges coming under the control of the 3rd respondent in pursuant to the personal interview conducted on 03.12.2016 based on the call letter sent by the 3rd respondent to the petitioner dated 23.11.2016.
