The petitioner herein filed this petition to call for the records C.C.NO.3877 of 2014 on the file of the 9th Metropolitan Magistrate Court Saidapet quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate Criminal side stated that the petitioners and other accused were acquitted from the case to that effect he filed the Judgment of the Trial Court in C.C No. 3877 of 2014.

3. Considering the above, this petition is dismissed as infractuous. No Costs. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 05.02.2024 pbl To The Public Prosecutor, High Court, Madras.
