2. The wife, who figures as respondent in H.M.O.P.No.4/2015 filed by the husband on the file of Sub Court, Maduranthagam, has sought an order transferring the said HMOP to the Sub Court at Tiruvallur on the ground that she lives within the jurisdiction of Sub Court, Tiruvallur and on the ground of convenience. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent does not raise any serious objection. The reasons assigned by the petitioner for seeking transfer is genuine and tenable.

Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. HMOP No.4/2015 pending on the file of Sub Court, Maduranthagam is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Tiruvallur. However, there shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
