The present petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.12.2014.

2. In the petition, it has been stated that the petitioner's father Narayanasamy owned lands in S.No.11/4A to an extent of 66 cents and in S.No.327/2 to an extent of 1 acre and 10 cents in Komangalam Village, Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District . While so, the petitioner's father availed a hand loan of Rs.4,000/- from one Andiappan in 1997 and the petitioner's father died on 09.01.2011. After the death of petitioner's father, when the petitioner approached the said Andiappan to repay the loan, the said Andiappan informed the petitioner that the lands belong to him and the documents are created in his name. The petitioner submits that Andiappan created document by forging the signature of the petitioner and his father. Hence, the petitioner gave a complaint on 29.12.2014. Since, no action was taken on the said complaint, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the very same set of allegation, the petitioner has filed a complaint before the Anti-land Grabbing Cell and after conducting enquiry, the complaint was closed. He would further submit that now suppressing the earlier complaint, the petitioner has filed the present complaint. He has also produced the closure report pertaining to the easier complaint.

5. On a perusal of the closure report it appears that the petitioner has suppressed the earlier complaint given to the Anti-land Grabbing Cell. Hence, this Court is not inclined to give any direction to the respondent. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
