ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Mr.K.Santhana Marimuthu, Sub-Inspector of Police, G1 Frippery Police Station, is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the complaint lodged by one Sampath Kumar against the petitioner herein, a petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 01.09.2017.

2. However, Mr.Kannadasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is still being called by the police for enquiry and he is being harassed.

3. In such view of the matter, it is hereby directed that the police shall not harass the petitioner on the complaint given by Sampath Kumar, which has been closed on 01.09.2017.
