All the four petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 236 days in filing the petitions to restore the aforementioned Civil Revision Petitions.

2.The Civil Revision Petitions had been dismissed owing to the fact that the petitioners herein had not paid necessary batta though time was granted and the Civil Revision Petitions were listed in the default list. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that actually batta had been paid and stated that now the respondents have also entered appearance. It would only appropriate that the Civil Revision Petitions are heard on merits and to that extent, after also hearing the learned counsel for the respondents, I would condone the delay of 236 days in filing petition to restore the Civil Revision Petitions.

3.The Registry may number all the four Restoration Petitions, if they are otherwise in order and post them for consideration before this Court on 01.03.2022.
