2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before this Court a letter dated 13.06.2025 sent by the arbitrator appointed by this Court in this matter.

3. As seen from the letter, due to health issues faced by the arbitrator, he has expressed his difficulty to act as an arbitrator. In view of the same, this Court has to necessarily appoint another arbitrator in the place of Roshan Balasubramanian, who was earlier appointed by this Court in this matter.

4. After recording the fact that the arbitrator, Mr.Roshan Balasubramanian has expressed his inability to act as an arbitrator on account of some health issues faced by him, this Court is replacing Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan, Advocate as the sole arbitrator in the place of Mr.Roshan Balasubramanian.

5. Accordingly, this Court appoints Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan, Advocate, having office at No.III-A, High Court Chambers, Madras High Court, Chennai-600104, Mobile No.9381803616, as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties arising out of the Loan cum Hypothecation Agreement dated 31.01.2023 in the place of Mr.K.Roshan Balasubramanian. 07.07.2025 Maya
