The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to Covid19 pandemic, he was unable to appear before the Court on 03.06.2021 and thereby, the petition in Crl.M.P.No.6013 of 2021 filed for condoning the delay in filing the Criminal Revision, was dismissed by this Court by order dated 03.06.2021 and he would pray for the restoration of the same.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in order to give opportunity to the petitioner, the Crl.M.P.No.6013 of in Crl.R.C.SR.No.13223 of 2021 is restored.

Post the matter in Crl.M.P.No.6013 of in Crl.R.C.SR.No.13223 of 2021 on 26.08.2021 along with Crl.R.C.No.572 of 2019.
