Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6466 of 2021 order dated 09.04.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6466 of 2021 dated 09.04.2021 passed by this Court.

2. This Court, vide order dated 09.04.2021, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the investigation is over and thereafter appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 09.04.2021 stand unaltered.
