Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.5297 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.6338 of 2022 dated 21.04.2022 that she shall report before the Respondent every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SREERANGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondentsthe court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5297 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.6338 of 2022 on 21.04.2022 to appear before respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
