ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to register the register the complaint dated 21.09.2015. 2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint against Omoteso Adebayo Opeyemi alleging that the said person approached him to make arrangement to file anticipatory bail and hence, he introduced the said person to an advocate namely Mr.D.Ramesh who demanded a sum of Rs.25,000/- as his professional fees and the said Omoteso Adebayo Opeyemi asked the petitioner to pay the same promising that he will return the amount by depositing the same in the petitioner's bank account after completion of the case and since he failed to do so, the petitioner preferred the complaint. Though the petitioner has preferred the complaint as early as on 21.09.2015, the case has not yet been registered. Hence, this petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for consideration today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter is settled between the parties and the complaint has been closed.
