ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case on the complaint dated 29.09.2015 given by the petitioner and investigate the same in accordance with law and to file the final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that there is a partnership dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
