Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2022 with regard to cancel the sale deed dated 17.01.2002 as Document No.28 of 2002 and sale deed

dated 25.10.2004 as Document No.2266 of 2004 both in the SRO, Marakkanam which was registered fraudulently in favour of the 6th and 7th respondents after conducting enquiry in accordance with law within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
