(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This Court while allowing the above Original Side Appeal by the judgment dated 11.08.2022, granted four weeks' time to the appellants to execute the bond as directed in O.P.No.256 of 2021. Further, this Court made clear that if the appellants fail to execute the bond within the stipulated time, the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge will stand automatically revived.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that he received the certified copy of the judgment only on 5.9.2022 and hence, the bond could not be executed within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Since the appellants had received the certified copy of the judgment only on 5.9.2022, we grant time till 30.09.2022 for executing the bond. If the appellants fail to execute the bond on or

before 30.09.2022, the impugned order of the learned Single Judge will stand automatically revived. In other aspects, the judgment dated 11.08.2022 shall remain unaltered.

4. The Registry is directed to issue copy of this order today itself.
