The writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings A.Thi.Mu.A1/26217/2016 dated 08.06.2016 passed by the respondent and to direct the respondent to renew the petitioner's HMV license by accepting late fee and other applicable charges without insisting to produce the original expired HMV license.

2. Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted a letter in Lr.No.A1/6479/2019 dated 06.02.2019 addressed by the Regional Transport Officer, Puliyanthope, in which, it is stated that the Driving License No.TN04 19740002335 was revalidated and handed over to the License Holder/petitioner herein. The Regional Transport Officer, Puliyanthope is also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

present before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ petition and the same is closed. No Costs.
