32472 to 32474 of 2013 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.THANGAPANDI, Government Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr. S.MOHANA SUNDARARAJAN on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The M.P is filed to delete the name of the petitioner from the cause list. However, the grounds raised for deletion shall be considered at the time of final hearing of the Writ Petition. Thus the M.P stands dismissed.
