This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.14788 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16613 of 2023 dated 19.09.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed.
