ORDER

To direct the respondents to permit 47 students of the petitioner Industrial Training School, admitted during academic year 2016-17, to write for the examinations to be held from 29.06.2017, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the writ petition has become infructuous, since examination is over and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
