O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.321 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. 2.Today, both the petitioner and respondent and their respective counsel are present before this Court. The respondent and her counsel submitted that the respondent is not admitting the allegations made against her and without admitting the allegations, she has no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.321 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee, to the file of the Family Court, Chennai and they have also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the respondent and her counsel, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.321 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai. The learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.321 of 2017 to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, is directed to take up the matter on file and the petitioner is directed to file counter within a period of three weeks thereafter. 4.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs.
