This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.5607 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.1528 of 2024 dated 28.03.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months.
