This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner with regard to the complaint given by third respondent in Crime No.116 of 2019 under Sections 380, 454 and 506 (i) of the Indian Penal Code. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard Mr.J.Rajmohan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first and second respondents and Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel for the third respondent.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the compliant lodged by the petitioner was referred as mistake of fact.

4. In such a view of the matter, question of harassment does not arise at all. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
