This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.3 imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5064 of dated 25.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27821 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police monthly once i.e. on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, without fail. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
