ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer is to direct the bank/respondent No.1 to hand over possession to petitioner, who is the auction purchaser.
2. Sri.Chandramohan for respondent No.1/bank states, now there are no impediments to hand over and within three or four weeks, possession would be handed over. Statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.
Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
