Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 19.09.2017 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2017, wherein and whereby the petitioner sought for an enquiry to be conducted in respect of the alleged irregularities in the allotment of plots in VSNL Employees Cooperative Housing Society.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5 submitted that the petitioner is repeatedly making several petitions one after another under the same cause of action and therefore, there is no bonafide on her part. However, as the very prayer sought for in this writ petition is for disposal of a representation, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, I only direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
