O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to remove the block list for the Toyoto Inova CRYSTA VX-7 (STR Diesel) car bearing Registration No.TN - 36 AJ - 1166 forthwith by considering representation dated 27.03.2024 and to enable the petitioner to effect the name transfer.

2. The petitioner had given a representation on 27.03.2024. Seeking the very same relief W.P.No.28898 of 2023 had been filed by the petitioner and had been dismissed by an order dated 06.10.2023 directing the petitioner to approach the Civil Court. The only grievance raised is that the order dated 06.10.2023 by a learned single Judge was directed to be issued on 22.05.2024. That direction is very much available in the order copy itself. Even without awaiting the order copy, the present writ petition had been filed on 24.04.2024. No further direction can be issued, the present writ petition stands dismissed, as the matter had already been agitated and addressed by a learned single Judge of this Court.
