Criminal Original Petition filed to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9846 of 2020 dated 13.07.2020 by this court.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This court while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9846 of 2020 dated 13.07.202 , has directed that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Now, this petition has been filed to relax the above condition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly till today and hence, prayed to relax above condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complied the condition regularly from 15.07.2020 .

4. Considering the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioners and the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9846 of 2020 dated 13.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e. on first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
