The matter has been brought before this Court "for being spoken to" at the end of the list, at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

By order dated 27.07.2015, this Court, while ordering the transfer petition, directed that I.A. No. 27 of 2015 in unnumbered H.M.O.P. on the file of Principal Sub Court, Cuddalore, be transferred to the file of Sub Court, Tambaram, to be tried along with connected H.M.O.P., pending therein and both the matters were directed to be tried together and disposed of by a common judgment.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the connected H.M.O.P. pending on the file of Sub Court, Tambaram, is H.M.O.P. No. 555 of 2014, but, by mistake, in paragraph No. 3 of the order, it has been wrongly mentioned as H.M.O.P. No. 555 of 2015. Hence, he seeks rectification of the error that had crept in.

A perusal of the prayer portion in the transfer C.M.P. would reveal that the number of H.M.O.P., pending on the file of Sub Court, Tambaram, has been, in fact, wrongly mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the order.

Therefore, it is hereby directed that H.M.O.P. No. 555 of 2015, mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the order, shall be substituted as H.M.O.P. No. 555 of 2014.
