Mrs.Santhakumari COMMON ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court has now taken the matters for trial and as such, he is not pressing the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions. The learned counsel wanted an outer time limit to be fixed for disposal of O.P.No.67 of 2014, pending before the Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is not pressing the Transfer Petitions, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to approach this Court, in case, the matter is delayed, for fixing outer time limit. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
