Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate, who took notice for the respondent and with their consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for

disposal.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to regularise their services of the petitioner in the light of G.O.Ms.No.164,School Education (Ni.Va.4(2) Department, dated 27.5.15.

3. Seeking regularisation of their services as granted to similarly placed persons worked as part time librarian by G.O.Ms.No.164, School Education (Ni.Va.4(2) Department, dated 27.05.2015, the petitioner has made a representation dated 12.07.2015 for the same relief, and the said representations are not considered so far. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court. 4.Citing G.O.Ms.No.164, School Education (Ni.Va.4(2) Department, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would be suffice, if the representation of the petitioners are directed to be considered in the light of the said G.O.

5. Hence, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of matter, considering the limited relief sought for, hereby directs the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.164, School Education (Ni.Va.4(2) Department, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
